General Information - 3rd ROASS International Conference


The 3rd ROASS international conference will be held at “Al.I.Cuza” University, in Iaşi (Romania), 4 – 7 November, 2010.

The conference programme includes:

4th of November: registration of participants
official conference opening
plenary session
welcoming dinner

5th of November: plenary sessions
thematic sessions + workshop(s)round table(s)
poster session + inventics exhibition
social events

6th of November: plenary sessions
thematic sessions + workshop(s)round table(s)
poster session
the general assembly of ROASS members
reception dinner

7th of November: trip to Bucovina
departure of conferees

The participation fee is:
140 € for foreign participants who are not ROASS members;
120 € for Romanian participants who are not ROASS members;
80 € for regular ROASS members;
The fee includes publication of the volume, conference materials, coffee breaks, a tour of Iaşi, the welcoming and reception dinners, 2 lunches and 1 dinner during the conference;
The fee will be paid before October, 10. The organizers will provide detailed information regarding the bank accounts in the Second Call for Papers.

Registration of the papers and the proposals for the workshop/round table topics and the poster session should be sent before 30th of June 2010.

The time allotted for the plenary papers is 45 – 50 minutes (each) and for the papers in thematic sections is 20 minutes (each).

The papers may be delivered in Romanian, English or French.

All contributions accepted for presentation are eligible for publication in a peer reviewed volume.
